Following a battle with an infection, my Uncle Jackie Cooper passed away on April 11, 2018. He was the last Uncle for me and my siblings. He was 81. We last visited with Jackie and his family at his home in May 2016.
After serving in the Navy, Jackie joined the Murray City Fire Department and ultimately served as Chief for 10 years before retiring. He had a second career as a safety officer with the New Orleans Public School System. He then returned to Murray where he enjoyed his hobby of restoring cars. He was very good at it. He was a terrific guy who took good care of his family.

I’m not going to pretend that I can adequately address all of the various scenarios, some of which can be quite complex, that come into play when people address this question. I can only give you my view.
