We are beginning our 3 month trip to parts of Western Europe.  On December 9, 2014, we departed the US to begin our trip in Rome, Italy.

We are planning to spend about 1 month in each of Italy, France and the United Kingdom.  In Italy, we will be visiting Rome, Naples, Florence, Venice, Milan and Turin.  Beyond that our itinerary is less well defined so we will be filling in the details as we go.  We hope you’ll find it interesting to follow along.
